Pepper is a delightful dog who loves nothing more than to be the center of your world.  She was rescued from the streets of Hanford.  Her guardian angel took all the measures to see if she belonged to anyone and no one claimed her.  Pepper has silver/grey curly hair that hangs over her eyes.  She may require grooming and daily brushing.  If you're looking for a new family addition Pepper would make a great fit.
