This is one of the outside kennels. These kennels are used for newcomers, moms with kittens, or for temporary boarding. Ceiling fans help keep things cool in the summer and covered houses with heating pads inside make sure the cats have a warm place to sleep in the winter.

Comfort and plenty of room is paramount at The Cat House.

Around  the wood stove is another favorite place of the cats.  When it's cold outside, this is the warmest spot in the house.

These kennels are fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Heated beds, plenty of things to climb on, and lots of room to keep the cats busy. Fresh air is key to keeping down diseases. (the plastic covering these kennels comes off in the spring).
Whether they are here for quarantine reasons or just visiting, nothing is too good for our kitties!

The kitchen is where all the action is.  Twice a day, Lynea mixes up a canned food/dry food mixture that bring the cats, tame and feral alike, running to the kitchen.  There's standing room only during this feeding frenzy! There is no place that is off limits to these hungry felines!
