This darling little fella is ready to be adopted.  He was found just roaming the streets with no owner in sight, which is really dangerous for a tiny kitten. Frosty had no problem adjusting to his temporary home, the sanctuary.  He enjoys being around other cats like him and will do anything he has to gain your attention.  If you're seeking a lovable, outgoing cat consider Frosty, you won't be sorry!
