Meet Herbie who gets his name from the classic Disney movie because, well, he is such a big LOVEBUG! Herbie just loves to cuddle with his humans. He is extremely playful. He does well with other kittens and seems to do great with the adult cats in his foster home. Herbie has not been around children or dogs.
