Parm is a sweet boy who can be found sitting on your lap when available. He loves head scratches. He’s a playful boy, always looking for trouble. His favorite toy is anything that rolls or a good box to hide in (and chew on). You can find him napping with his brothers. He gets along with his siblings, older fosters, and adult cats.
