Billy Joel was found as a tiny kitten wandering around the front yard of a good samaritan all by himself. He's very playful and would do best with another kitten or a playful adult cat in the house. He'll play with anything he can get his paws on and delights in chasing his foster brothers and sisters around the house. He's also a purr-monster who loves to fall asleep on his human!
