Finbar was rescued with his siblings and mom.  It is so much fun to watch Finbar play, he jumps up with his arms out.  Finbar loves to play with his siblings and the dogs at his foster home.  He is notorious for attacking a wagging dog tail.  Finbar will fit into any type of home or family.  He has lived in a foster home with kids, adults, adult cats and large dogs and is very comfortable with them all.
