Tipper is a a great kitty who was adopted from us as a young kitten, then returned when his human owner became too sick to care for him any more. He's a bit unhappy being out of his home and back in his adoption center, but we expect that he will settle down and return to being the awesome, playful, quick-to-purr lovebug that he is.
