Sweet little Evie was rescued by the Cat House on the Kings on New Year's Eve with a traumatic eye injury. We rushed her into emergency surgery (one eye was removed) and she's healing beautifully. She gets around well with just one eye and loves to be held and to sit on your lap. She purrs like a motorboat! She is a bit shy with all she has been through ~ but we expect that she will continue to relax and warm up once she gets into the right home. She gets along well with other cats and seemed fine with limited exposure to well-behaved dogs. (No further vet care is anticipated for this sweet furry princess!)
