Your heart will skip at Skipper's adorable cuteness! Along with his sister, he was found at a local construction company before being scooped up and rescued by the Cat House on the Kings. He would make a GREAT friend for another kitty since he does wonderfully well with other kitties.  He needs more socialization but has been coming around very well and will make a great companion!
