Volunteer for The Cat House on the Kings

By submitting our volunteer application form you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Potential for injury: I understand and agree that there are hundreds of animals (cats, dogs, goats, etc.) at The Cat House on the Kings and that animal behavior may be unpredictable and that working with animals involves the risk of harm or injury (bites, scratches, getting knocked down, etc.). I willingly accept these risks and agree to exercise care and caution when working with or near animals and that I will promptly report any injuries received to a Cat House on the Kings staff member, identifying the specific animal involved. I further understand and agree that, beyond basic first aid I may receive at The Cat House on the Kings, I am responsible for any future medical care that I may require and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Cat House on the Kings and its staff/volunteers for any injuries I might receive while volunteering.
2. Media release: I hereby grant and convey to The Cat House on the Kings all right, title and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by The Cat House on the Kings during my volunteer activities with The Cat House on the Kings, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings. I further grant to The Cat House on the Kings an unrestricted, royalty-free license to use any photographic image or video or audio recording that I make during my volunteer activities with The Cat House on the Kings.
