Felix is a gentle soul with a sweet spirit who is still getting used to people. (Big guys and loud noises scare him a little bit.) But if you pull out a toy wand with feathers he will chatter up a storm and will play like no tomorrow. He may do best in a home with other cats to help him get used to people and new situations. But he is a nice little fellow and he warms up with time and patience!
