Lovely Libby has a beautiful tabby coat and big, expressive eyes.  Libby's foster mom says that Libby has the impressive ability to attract her human's attention by using her body movements and those expressive eyes. Libby craves human attention and affection and is looking for a forever family that will appreciate her sweet nature and give her the love, affection and attention that she desires and truly deserves.  Libby has been exposed to other cats and dogs.  Her reaction to children is unknown.
