Anchovy is a special needs kitten with a special personality. He was abandoned when he was just a very small kitten and left to fend for himself.  He was found dumped near our dumpster with his littermates and placed into foster care.  Anchovy is super sweet and affectionate.  He is a total snuggle bug who enjoys being carried around and sitting on his human's lap.  He rewards human affection with a very robust purr.  Anchovy has a sweet meow and will actually carry on a conversation from time to time with his human(s).  He is very playful with youthful kitten energy.  He's listed as a Special Needs Kitten because one of his legs is shorter than the other, most likely from an old injury.  He has been thoroughly checked out by a vet and he's all clear. The vet was unable to determine the cause and says she is not in any pain and that treatment is not necessary.  It does not affect his ability to walk, run or jump.  He is just as active as most kittens!
