The cost is $10 each.

Shipping and handling is free for domestic (U.S.A.) orders.

Shipping to Canada and Mexico is $8 for a single item or $4 per item when you order more than one at a time. All other international orders ship for $8 for a single item or $4 per item when you order more than one at a time.
