Dedication Wall Plaque

The Cat House on the Kings has established a Dedication Wall in the entryway to our main house where you can have a plaque in memory of a loved one (In Memory of ...), to honor someone (In Honor of ...), or just to show your support of The Cat House on the Kings (The Miller family supports ...). The plaques are black metal with gold lettering. You can see previously installed plaques here.

To request a plaque, select the size below according to the amount of the donation you wish to make, then enter as many lines of text as you like up to the maximum for your chosen plaque size and indicate which line identifies the plaque's honoree. You must review a proof of the plaque, which is a PDF document. If your browser doesn't display the preview, you may need to download the Acrobat Reader.
